When Processing I use the same software plus the 2011 Tax program, but

instead of scanning I process the return to get ready for shipping.

Front desk duties one hour a day to relieve receptionist and duties included;

answering heavy phones, scheduling appointments, filing, distribute mail,

client relations, using Contact Management and Administration Management

for certain desk duties like looking up a client to see who is their biller, or Tax

Advisor, etc.

Uses Excel, Outlook, Time Management, and several other software databases

on a daily basis.
