COORDINATOR/ORGANIZER/OPERATIONS

Expedite and verify delivery of products including frequent communication with vendors, tracking and minimizing delays for urgent

shipments; troubleshoot potential and actual delivery delays including production and/or shipment related concerns.

Coordinate activities of freight logistics providers by monitoring shipment progress, identifying/assigning product pick up locations.

Communicate to internal staff regarding shipments and pick up logistics; process freight invoices and assign cost centers appropriately

as well as communicating same to cost center staff.

Coordinate product assembly with distribution team.

Generate and obtain approval for purchase orders.

Match invoices with P.O’s and receiving documentation. Audit invoices, research discrepancies and obtain corrected invoices. Code for

payment.

Organize and maintain purchasing log and records.

Ensure detailed documentation is developed and maintained to facilitate a proper audit trail of decisions made and methods used in

procurement process.
