Continuous Process Improvement: Chose Diebold's LANEX and UNANET systems

for domestic branches, and overseas branches. Implemented new security

workflow process, reduced average wait time from over 24 minutes to less

than 10 minutes with audit-approved surveillance systems in all domestic

and overseas branches.

New Methods & Procedures: Developed and implemented procedures in

compliance with the US Patriot Act (Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001).

Branch Security: Served as designated Security Officer of 4 NY branches,
