HUMAN RESOURCE EXPERIENCE
Key Accomplishment - Within the past 7 years aided the Executive Management Team at EHR to grow the
Company from 60 employees to almost 3,000 employees. At time of extreme growth on average of 75-100
new hires on-boarded every two weeks.
Management – Managed office personnel including HR Manager, HR Generalists, HR Assistants, Office
Managers and Receptionists. Coordinated work schedules, work distribution, conducted weekly staff meetings
and quarterly performance reviews.
Employee Relations – Provided proactive coaching, counseling and advising for management on issues
related to company policies/procedures, including performance problems, insubordination, harassment, etc.
Also attend all unemployment hearings
Benefits Administration – Worked directly with insurance brokers to update benefit plans, negotiate rates,
guarantee plans are compliant with Federal/State regulations, etc. Coordinated all benefits administration,
including new hire orientations, enrollments, coverage changes, annual open enrollment meetings, benefit
terminations, reconciliation of monthly invoices, etc. Administered Company Benefit Plans including Medical,
Dental, Vision, Prescription, Flexible Spending Accounts, Employee Assistance Plan, 401(k) Plan, Employee
Stock Purchase Plan, Short Term/Long Term Disability Plan, Life Insurance, AD&D Insurance, COBRA, etc.
Payroll – Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll, including wage garnishments using ADP and Paychex
software programs for approximately 3,000 employees.
Recruitment – Worked closely with management teams to determine staffing requirements. Filled requisitions
placed print media & internet ads, coordinated job/college fairs, sorted all prospective resumes, completed pre-
screen interviews, scheduled interviews, conducted initial interviews and background checks, negotiated
salary, and ultimately sent offer/rejection letters, managed staffing vendor relationships, expectations and
performance.
Terminations – Handled notification meetings during two company layoffs. Assembled severance packages,
hired security and coordinated services with outplacement agency. Conducted in depth exit interviews of
employees who voluntarily terminated.
Policies & Procedures – Created Employee Manual and numerous company policies/procedures as needed.
HR Compliance – Handled all employment verifications, prepared annual EE0-1, OSHA and Affirmative Action
Plan reports. Processed and monitored I-9 forms.
Performance Reviews - Approved annual performance and introductory performance appraisals and provided
suggestions to management on dealing with employee performance issues.
Administrative Functions – Maintain all personnel files, HRIS System (ADP HR-B System), Corporate
American Express Account, Kastle Key Security System, and Metro Check Program. Organized holiday party
and Company picnic, employee moral boosters, etc.

agreements, disciplinary issues, etc.
