states. Did Estimates on all different types of commercial construction, from new construction to

renovation of existing properties. *I left Gerardi because he ran out of work.

Churches, Retail centers, Banks, WM Recycling Plant, Airport Hangars, . Well versed in Parking Garages, Multi-Family, some

of the largest High End Residential homes in the area. Well versed in Federal Building Requirements, Municipal Building

Requirements, and State Building Requirements. Experienced in all phases and types of construction. *I was laid off due to

lack of work, I was the third estimator, and not family related.

On Site PM, scheduled all subcontractors & supplier deliveries to project sites. Made sure all work on site was to

requests. Reviewed and approved supplier & subcontractor invoices. Created and tracked all change orders from subs and to

GC’s. Ordered all special order items. * I left Honors because Concrete Foundations Called me back, and really needed my

help.

Build America, Inc., General Contractor Residential, PM/Jobsite Superintendent 9/2005-8/2006

In charge of constructing 4 unit Townhomes and Large Custom homes from the bidding process to their completion.

Gathered bids and hired Subcontractors, scheduled subs and suppliers, scheduled county and owner inspections, processed

monthly AIA pay requests to owner and from subs and suppliers, verified compliance to plans and specifications, met with

project owners on a monthly basis to review progress. * This company went out of business.

Masonry Construction, Inc., Concrete & Masonry sub, Sr Estimator/PM 9/2002 – 2/2004

Retail & commercial. Created and maintained estimating & proposal templates, bid all projects, negotiated with GC’s for future

work, reviewed and approved all supplier invoices, DOP, created and processed all AIA invoices to owner. * This company

went out of business

Responsible for preparing conceptual project budgets and detail cost estimators for all types of site development and

construction projects including retail, tenant improvements, shell construction, healthcare, technology and design/build.

Department Head. Oversee Employees and Review all Estimates in Department. Prioritized work and supervised the work of

other estimators and coordinator. I reported directly to both the Vice President(s) and the President. Also involved with PM’s

for any and all pricing and cost estimates for work in progress. * I was laid off because the company decided that their PM’s

would do their own estimates.

Beers Construction, Inc., Commercial GC., Estimator, 5/2000 – 1/2001

Responsible for preparing conceptual project budgets and detail cost estimators for all types of site development and

construction projects including retail, tenant improvements, shell construction, healthcare, technology and design/build. Worked

as a group to estimate very large commercial, industrial, heathcare, and government buildings. * I left for better opportunities

as Chief Estimator at ABI.

Hawkins Construction, Inc., GC, Estimator 3/1996 – 5/2000 Responsible for

complete project bidding and estimating, from soliciting subs to bottom line Bid. Project values ranged from $650,000 -

$12,000,000. My capture ratio was 43% for competitively bid projects. Projects included Publix / Retail centers, Office

Buildings, Walgreens, Eckerds, manufacturing plants, churches, Schools, and Interior and Façade Renovations. * I left

Hawkins for better upward movement, they do not women to Project Managers.

Fastrac Construction, Inc., General Contractor, Project Coordinator/EEO Officer 3/1994 – 2/1996

Responsible for all paperwork involved in State, City, and Federal Projects, and Equal Employment Opportunity Officer

Responsible for compliance with the Equal Opportunity Act and guidelines and paperwork associated with this, including

reporting wages. Left to relocate to the West Coast of Florida. The company has since gone out of business.

ESS Construction, Inc., Construction Management, Admin Assistant to the President. 3/1993–3/1994

Management and Construction of Environmental cleanup systems. Negotiated and contracted with FDEP and their pre-funded

companies for environmental clean up of known project sites in Florida. Direct dealings with the Florida Department of

Environmental Protection. Company went out of business

Project Superintendent “Creekside” Won a Blue Ribbon in the 1992 Parade of Homes.

In Direct charge of all purchasing, scheduling, hiring, coordinating, and construction of single-family subdivisions in

Kissimmee, Fl. As Superintendent, I completed +/-30 custom built homes.

Responsible for coordinating the construction of over 250 single family homes in two separate sub-divisions in Davenport;

“Loma Linda” and “Loma Vista”. In charge of negotiating and writing contracts, estimating, purchasing material and

equipment, scheduling deliveries, inspections, trades, permitting, close-out documentation. Worked closely with subs,

homeowners, bankers, inspectors, realtors (our own on-site realty company and outside realtors)

Prior to my relocation to Florida in 1989, I was involved in the construction industry, as well.
