R&D and QA Intern, Lawrence Foods: - (June 2013 - Current)
• Support new product development and existing product reformulation through the use of typical food laboratory skills.
• Performed nutritional analysis and comparison of product using Genesis and altered the nutritional values according to
the customer’s request. Determined the Protein, Moisture, Solids and Fat content in Food Products.
• Performed standardized qualitative and quantitative tests to determine physical or chemical properties of food products.
• Support a wide range of project activities including new products, line extensions, and product improvements all
pertaining to food/bakery ingredient product development. Assist in conducting test batches.
• Assisted QA manager in formulating, reviewing and updating SOPs with respect to any identified change and also in
scheduling the daily work schedule of QA technicians

• Performed homogenization of Microwave, Retort Processed, High Pressure Processed and PAT Processed samples.
• Accountable for preparing the Standards, Sample Buffer/ Extraction Solution, Dilution Buffer, Working Stock Solution
and precise Centrifugation, Filtration of the sample extract.
• In charge of preparing Mobile Phase for the HPLC, loading the samples into the auto sampler and entering the data into
the HPLC system. Used the ELISA reader to analyze and record the results.

• Title: Food Sample Analysis using Advances Bioanalytical instruments.
Using recent Bio-analytical instruments like HPLC (1290 Infinity LC system), GC (7890 GC System), LC-MS, GC-
MS (6400 Series Triple Quadrapole) Analysis of Triglycerides from olive oil, Aflatoxins from Peanut sample, pesticide residues
