- Design confirmation letters, correct bank information, summarize and update confirmation letters control

log from 8 auditing sites, send and receive letters in time to guarantee accuracy and existence of accounts

preventing phony bank information.

- Recheck 25% working papers to match data in data package, which presents whole accounts of balance

sheet.

- Review data from contracts to ensure that numbers in audit working paper are correct.

- Summarize aging accounts receivable report from 8 sites by using Excel formula model to prepare for data

analysis and consolidation.

- Sample vouchers and invoices and recheck transaction description and amounts to ensure precise

information.

Intern at China Mobile

July 2011 - September 2011 (3 months)

- Collect daily invoices from marketing department, check the reality and correctness based on company’s

policy, record transaction description and amount in general journal to reflect true and fair accounting

records.

- Team with other interns to arrange documents and check data in balance sheet for senior staff.

- Analyze invoices, certify correct accounts, make vouchers and attach invoice on according vouchers to

properly match financial data and provide documents for external auditing.
