location. I have worked for St. John Providence Hospital for a little over

nine years in a clinical setting. I have enjoyed working with St. John

Providence. It is only due to the fact I am moving that I will have to

leave.

Therapy Technician. After working a year in this field, I was recruited to

St. John Providence Southfield as an Office Assistant for Occupational

Health. I have been with Occupational health going on eight years.

Occupational Health- systoc, the computerized system used in

Occupational Health for scheduling patients, billing, following clients,

corporations,

scheduling referrals to other physicians. Type at least 60 words per

minute, Microsoft Office,

Internet, St. John Providence Intranet, St. John Providence e-care system,

multiple phone

lines, fax, copier, typing in x-rays, responsible for all office front desk

operations, making

sure patients are satisfied with our service. I work at other sites in the

St. John Providence

Hospital system when my manager requires that I am needed. I am one

of three people in our

system that can do this out of seven Office Assistants.

St. John North Shores- Working with patients on the patient level

assisting

the Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist. Helping the front

desk when needed,

scheduling appointments, following up on appointments, charting,

multiple phone lines, fax,

copier and billing.

I have received on my evaluations in the past four years that I go above

and

beyond the duties assigned to me. I have received on the five years

before that I do

exceptional work.

I have other work experience as a manager of a Hall Mark store, ran

Metro Cell and

Metro 25 Car Care Center stores, and a Realtor. Yet I think the
