State Sales Coordinator
Responsible for the development of the State’s business model and the development of the Regional and District Coordinators
directly reporting to the state area assigned. Execution of the plan by all in the State, with responsibility in Arizona being up to
600 licensed agents and up to 300 licensed agents in Idaho. Other responsibilities included recruiting and contracting of
agents to adequately handle the new sales objective s and goals, and the existing book of current clients which totaled 9000+
accounts in Arizona and 3000+ accounts in Idaho. All responsibilities also included coaching, mentoring, problem solving,
conflict resolution, product development, and broker marketing, advertising, curriculum development, and office administration,
account plan design, hiring of trainers and recruiters and transferring all skill sets needed to handle a $100 million operation in
the VB Benefit Arena.
Regional Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities included the development of the District Sales Coordinators and Agents assigned under them in the
geographic area to handle the existing accounts, Brokers and new business accounts. The primary focus was to recruit,
interview, hire and contract new agents. An expectation of 60 to 100 new agents per a calendar year was expected, along
with retention of those agents for success of the team to meet assigned quotas and goals. As Regional Coordinator, I
oversaw the District Teams for field and class -room training. Additional responsibilities involved motivation of the team,
tracking activities, maintaining accountability to assigned goals, conducting weekly sales and training meetings with the staff
and upper management communication of results and prog ress. Large level marketing with respect to Brokers and Key
Accounts was developed within the position.
