Experienced in all aspects of business and commercial transactions to include complex contract

Serving as business team leader to NET International Group Inc., an international project

management and development company. Responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial

agreements and partnership agreements. A few successes are as follows:

o Successfully negotiated contractual terms and conditions, including compliance

requirements for a bridge and toll construction project, a partnership with private

companies and the Turkish government in Istanbul, Turkey, a project valued at 7

billion USD.

o Successfully developed the structuring of a consortium development team for a bid

that was awarded for a mine clearance project on the Syria/Turkey border for the

Turkish Department of Defense, with NET serving as project developer/manager, a

project valued at €430 million Euro.

Serving as business advisor to SAE, Inc., an international third-party logistics, supply chain

management, and consulting company with integrated operations in warehousing and

transportation services customized to meet their customers needs based on market conditions

and the demands of delivery service requirements for products/materials.

o Advise on purchasing (INCO) terms, evaluate capacity sizing, company credit ratings,

pricing, and other factors in negotiating terms for RFP’s.

o Experienced working with all levels of management, creation of cost/benefit analysis

and leading feasibility studies and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Operations Manager July 2004- May 2008

implementing fiscal planning in pricing for a two-year renovation to the Student Center.

Responsible for leading and controlling an Infantry Platoon (40+ soldiers) during any land combat

operation; increased responsibility includes the coordination of and employment of an Infantry

Company (200+soldiers) including all supplies, weapons, and equipment, providing logistical

oversight and meeting logistics objectives in preparing soldiers to withstand the most rigorous of

battlefield environments.

As a Second Lieutenant, mobilized to New Orleans for Hurricane Katrina I served as the Army

Logistics Officer for the Joint Task Force, reporting to local and state authorities (including

Governor Blanco), and higher level commanders on all air and land supplies arriving at

temporary headquarters and disbursed throughout the area.

As a First Lieutenant, I was promoted to the position of Executive Officer (XO) for an Infantry

Company (Headquarters Company) given my initiative through the efforts described above, and

through my creation and presentation of a logistical support plan for a Central Command,

Headquarters Company during time of limited mobility crises. This plan is still used by the

Battalion to date. Promoted to the rank of Captain prior to discharge.

Service Manager, Contract Negotiation June 2002- June 2004
