Am in personal production in Life Insurance sales, voluntary benefits and

Personally grew premium book of annuity business from 0 to 1.6 million in a
3 week time span.
Have assisted wholesalers in the expansion of their books of business by
providing insurance quotes needed to close cases for retirement planing and
life insurance legacy needs.
Have personally worked with insurance agents to get them into production to
help service their clientele.
I bring an extraordinary level of enthusiasm and passion to whatever job I

I have been in the insurance sales industry for over 18 years as well as
simultaneously holding other jobs. Those experiences have groomed me in
customer service, telemarketing and New Jersey State consumer experience.
I have helped to organize group homes for a number of New Jersey State
homes . Have worked to care for developmentally challenged consumers for
the state of New Jersey and in private homes.
Work History
April 1998 - May 2013 Roster Financial LLC 100 Voorhees Dr. Voorhees, NJ
Started in April of 98 as the Life insurance administrator. In August I
took on the additional responsibilities of the Annuity Dept. in charge of
all outgoing correspondence to insurance companies, logging in premiums and
being a liaison to insurance producers.
A} April of 2000 added to my responsibilities the Securities administrator,
processing new business, reconciling premium deposits, providing quotes,
expediting rollovers and in service distributions and liquidations.
B} March of 2007 - 2013 was a recruiting specialist in charge of talent
acquisitions for the company.
October of 1999 - February of 2000 Developmental Resource Center hours of
work 11pm to 7 am. I held this job during my stay at Roster Financial LLC.
The hours were different so it allowed me additional income.
This was a private group home caring for New Jersey consumers that had
developmental challenges both physically and mentally.

Once a month work with at risk youth at the Y.E.S. Program at the Lakeland
detention center in Blackwood, NJ
Once a month I hold an empowerment forum for women
