mezzanine (the length of the building) and catwalk structure above it, was
also removed. Some structural members were reinforced, others were removed
depending on future work; slab on grade was demolished and metal siding
panels were removed from the perimeter of the laboratory. Air handling
units and exhaust fans were also removed from the roof area.
