Responsible for overall manpower planning and man loading of fielding site

procedures. Plan, team-building, coordinate and execute PM TACOM's Life
Cycle Management (LCM) of integrated logistics support plans for the Army
portion of major vehicle system program; dealing specifically with programs
involving fleet modernization of all legacy variants of the Family of
Medium Tactical Vehicles for Active Duty, National Guard and Reserve
components at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
. Deployed 11 out of 12 months to over 11 CONUS locations, fielding to

. Successfully compiled and analyzed data for 980 plus Medium Tactical
Vehicles with pronounced emphasis on safety, resulting in over 200
accident free MTV training hours.

documents ensuring communications with fielding POC's managing all
equipment and support items. Ordered and requisitioned all repair
items and tracked status through final AAR. Answering any and all

schedules and deprocessing tasks for new equipment fielding. Responsible
for the successful execution of all displaced, replaced or excess equipment
due to force structure change and the fielding of new equipment. Develop,
maintain and supervise daily vehicle and equipment deprocessing activities.
Participate in the development and coordination of the integrated logistics
support plans for major systems programs; dealing specifically with
programs involving fleet modernization of medium tactical vehicle.
Responsible for the development of office policy, management of long range
equipment planning calendars and systems tracking matrixes for the
successful accomplishment of MFT MTV daily operations. Conduct comparative
analysis of current to future MTOE documents; Utilizing Microsoft Project
Manager, developed milestone calendar of equipment receipt, deprocessing,
and hand-off dates for the initial fielding of Family of Medium Tactical
Long Term Armor Strategy (LTAS) to each gaining command as it applies to
Life Cycle Management. Develops, maintains and provides equipment After
Action Report for specific programs and installation to the Project
Managers Office as required.
. Deployed to numerous overseas locations, deprocessing and fielding
all variants in excess of over 900 pieces of FMTV equipment using
Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE).
. Implemented a training program for site leads, decreasing "After
Action Report" deficiencies by 60%.
. Mentored 317 units on procedures and standards for the receipt and
fielding of Medium Tactical Vehicles and Armored Security Vehicles.

596th Maintenance Company, Darmstadt, Germany, 2007-2008
Deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the 1114th
Transportation Company. Supervised the training and welfare of 33
personnel. Developed the logistical layout and scheduling formula for
repair work processed by various maintenance shops to maximize the use of
personnel and equipment and streamline production as it applies to
Sustainment in support of Life Cycle Management. Directed the proper care
and use of $1.4M in property and equipment, including $600K worth of
diagnostic tools.
