As the Quality Control Non-Commissioned Officer, ensured all tactical vehicles passed all
qualification pre-operation checks. Ensured monthly preventive maintenance checks on all trucks
were completed. Served as Licensing Instructor, providing support to all units aboard Marine
Corps Air Station Beaufort, marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, and the Naval Hospital
Beaufort with the issuance of new, duplicate and upgraded commercial motor vehicle operator
identification cards (OF 346). Monitored drivers records for testing and conducted driver
certification of all drivers for hazardous and explosive materials, forklifts, bus licensing, 5-ton
licenses and tractor trailer licensing. Maintained Licensing Office Technical Publications Library.
Assisted the Safety Department in mishap investigations involving government vehicles.
Successfully trained 125 personnel for the 5-ton, bus, forklift, tractor trailer and hazardous and

Operated a forklift to transport 7 ton tires to and from the warehouse. Also drove a forklift to pick
up motors, transmission and other items to the mechanics and transported the old items to the
dump for recycling. Worked on and fixed vehicles ranging from the weight of 7 tons to 48 ton
vehicles.
