Technician in Programmable Logic Control Interconnection Process. Nature of work

is Termination, Interconnection program for PLC to MCC end which is used for

2core, 5core, 7core and 14core cables.

Thermal power plant:

Machine Operator in MSP Thermal Power Plant in Morepalayam (Namakkal Dist.)

with a capacity of 2MW from Feb 2012 to Aug 2012.

Hydro Power Plant:

3 Years Operation & Maintenance Engineer in Mukurthy Hydro Electric Power

house of TNEB with a capacity of (2x350kW) &11kV feeder From Dec 2008 to Nov

2011.

Site supervisor in Railway Department nature of work at Lifting & Packing KLGD Section from

June 2008 to November 2008.

Responsible for operation & Maintenance of Hydro Power plant capacity of 0.7MW.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the

equipments through application of troubleshooting tools.

Technical aspects in operation & Maintenance of 11KV Power transformer (500KVA).

Indoor type VCB’S.11KV bus PT &LA Panel, C.T,P.T&LA Panel,MCB,MCCB,Isolators

control & relay panels. Secondary injection of normal protection relays such as O/C & E/F

relays, Differential relays,Master trip relays Under voltage relays etc..

O&M knowledge of 350 KW (412KVA) synchronous Generator consisting of 2 no’s make

kirlosker and 337KW francis turbine.415.8KW gear box and troubleshooting of electronic

model governor panel(Crompton Greaves) and Turbine aux.control panel and exciation

control panel.

O&M for 30V battery charger, 24V battery charger,30V battery(Lead acid type),24V

battery.Gained experience in Synchronization system with load sharing and shedding

process.
