Program Manager 2012
Selected to manage a special project leading the transformation of the company’s business dining services. Lead the corporate wide initiative
to elevate all employee services to a “best in class” status, the Business Dining Transformation’s goal is to transform the physical cafeteria
spaces of 14 dining venues to encourage collaboration and fellowship, integrate several new technologies to improve the customer service
experience and redesign the menu of offerings with a focus on wellness. Oversee all work-streams associated with the project including
design/construction, technology, menu redesign, and employee and senior leadership change management communications. Duties include
the responsible management of a multi-million dollar budget, contract negotiation and management, and timely execution of all project
schedules.
Communications Consultant, Institutional Participant Education 2007-2012
As a Communications Consultant was a senior member of the client relationship team and was charged with being the subject matter expert
on Participant Education for defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans. Responsible for deepening client relationships
through the flawless execution of customized education plans and broadening relationships by matching client needs with new product
offerings. Using a consulting process, analyzed participant and plan analytics to identify strengths and opportunity areas of participant
investment behavior and financial literacy. Partnered with clients to translate their goals and the identified opportunity areas into an
executable strategy aimed at driving positive participant action. Led the department in client satisfaction surveys consistently averaging a 9.5
out of 10 on Net Promoter Score survey. Led department engagement in new business development, consulting with sales teams on the
successful wins of new and expanded relationships from $500 Million to $5 billion.
SAINT JOSEPH’S PREPARATORY SCHOOL, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Director of Annual Giving 2004-2007
Oversaw all annual giving activities including annual fund, auction and affinity clubs which generated more than $2.0 million in donations.
Created yearly fundraising communication plan to articulate the school’s unique mission and vision to the extensive donor base. Managed
donor/prospect identification and research. Created customized plans for various donor segments for deepening the donor relationship and
increasing average annual donation. Duties included creation of yearly fundraising activity calendar, management of annual giving budget,
execution of communication campaigns, volunteer assignments and donor events. Over four year tenure as Director consistently exceeded
increased dollar goals through increasing individual donor levels and establishing new donor relationships.
Special Projects included annual giving program redesign and managing a database conversion project. Duties for the annual giving
program redesign included the creation of a new fundraising structure centered on a targeted peer-to-peer solicitation process. Redesign
included recruiting the first volunteer led Annual Fund Cabinet, rebranding of the annual fund image and materials, and establishing new
donor/prospect event program. The redesign program exceeded its year one goal of $1M by 50% with a final total of $1.5M. During the
Database Conversion project, led the transition from one client/donor relationship management database to a new database within budget
and on time. Duties included setting policies for use, leading the creation of a user manual, and training all office staff and new hires.
Director of Special Events 2003-2004
Managed all donor events from planning session to day of execution including catering, invitations/programs, audio-visual, and volunteer
management. The largest event, a charity auction, included 800 attendees, 75 volunteers, 1200 auction items and raised more than $250K.
