Housing Director's "right hand person"; oversee all administrative aspects of a 400 unit senior citizen
apartment complex consisting of lower income and non subsidized renters. Closely collaborated with the
Mayor's Office to guarantee high quality material regarding events, resident queries, and broadcasting
content on "TV Warren" the City's Public Education & Government (PEG) channel aimed at a population
of 140,000. Sample Achievements:
• Dramatically slashed invoice processing turnaround times from weeks to mere hours by interacting with
City Controller to modernize rent tracking activities and digitize this formerly manual task
• Sped up Minute taking process from hours to just minutes by transitioning this practice from manual to
real time information capture for virtually instant filing with intended recipients
• In the process of recommending to both the Housing Commissioner and the City Attorney Housing
Commission methods to overhaul by laws that reflect up to date legislature within the State of
Michigan
