• Provided advice directly to all levels of management on how to address underperforming

employees, as well as retaining/rewarding high performers.

• Worked with supervisors to evaluate situations and determine best course of action, up to and

i ncluding termination, while assessing risk and taking into consideration applicable employment law.

• Serve as Company’s point of contact on all matters related to Labor Relations.

• Continuously assessed the r isk of union organizing by meeting with managers and employees, as

well as conducting site assessments.

• Led Company’s campaigns during union organizing attempts and prevailed in each situation by

w inning election or union not pursuing an election.

• Secured favorable contract terms for Company with regards to pay rates, benefits, and working

conditions, and avoided work actions/stoppages and Unfair Labor Practice charges (ULPs) while serving

as Company’s lead negotiator in all contract renewal negotiations.

• Developed/modified trainings, such as Union Awareness, Union Do’s & Don’ts, Legal Side of

M anagement, Sexual Harassment Prevention, etc. and presented to targeted audience to address the

needs of business.

• Conducted site assessments and employee surveys to gage employee morale and satisfaction

levels, as well as assess risks, and worked with management to develop action plans to implement change,

and communication plans to keep employees informed.
