O racle source. Separate Tandem OLTP from batch reporting by creating a real-t ime 1:1
replicated Oracle data store using Oracle Golden gate (OGG) data replication software.
Sourcing reports / extracts from the Oracle ODS (Operational Data Store) will allow for
f uture volume capacity on the Tandem hosts, lessen disk contentions, and provide dedicated
scalable Transaction processing.

Reporter has Dashboard reports, Summary & Detail level reports and Adhoc Reporting
capability. The Dashboards are used for Organizational/Managerial decisions. The
Summary, Detail and Adhoc reports are used by call center managers, call center leads and
call center agents.
