My work here consisted of 3 runs weekly from Maine to NJ or PA and back. I am looking to

make a change in what and where I haul. Average weekly miles 2500

Constant equipment failure and frequent down t ime, constantly losing money forced me to

leave.

I hauled Northeast region intermodal home weekly. Mileage varied approx. 2000 weekly.

Refusal to drive illegal put me at odds with management. I decided to leave by end of

p robation period.

I hauled 53 van throughout Northeast and tank as well about 2200 miles a week avg.

Pay issues and unsafe hazmat routing in Canada made me decide a change had to be made.

I hauled chemicals throughout most of the eastern half of the US and also Canada I ran

about 2500 miles weekly.

Company was sold and I did not want to work for new owners so I left.

I hauled chemicals around Northeast but was home daily.

We hauled water for Poland Spring all over New England. Company went out of business.

W hen not hauling water we ran 53 van around Northeast. M ileage was approx.. 2200

weekly.

Hauled f latbed East of Rockies. Company went out of business. Traveled mostly East of

Rockies but mileage was very sporadic 1100-2500 weekly.

This was a line haul position in Northeast and I was home daily.

Other exp . Besides driving class A vehicles for over 12 years I spent 13 years at

B ath I ron Works working in several ship building t rades including Material clerk,

p ipefitter, and paint shop. Before that I worked in Law Enforcement in several

w ays. I worked as a Reserve Police Officer as well as a Corrections Officer for both

A ndroscoggin County and South Portland Juvenile facility. My work also entailed

hospital security for several years.

Education - Graduated in 1977 from Edward Little Hs.
