EXPERIENCE Security Officer, 12/1999 to Current The Brooklyn Hospital Center - Brooklyn, N Y My job function is to Establish and promote security and property protection throughout the facility. Conduct daily rounds to establish a secure environment for patents and hospital employees. monitor multiple areas including cctv at the command center which covers surveillance through the entire hospital. Provide written reports of daily activities and all incidents that occur throughout the facility. Log in all federal and local law enforcement inmates brought in for medical treatment. monitor patients one on one who have established themselves dangerous and harmful to others. House Officer, 11/1999 to 06/2013 Park Central Hotel - New York City, NY My responsibilities included but were not limited to patrolling the lobby and hotel floors for detection and deterrent purposes of a 900 plus room hotel. Successfully train and assign fire brigade members of their duties and of the hotels emergency evacuation procedures. Perform all monthly testing of the fire safety plan including fire drills, exit strategies and proper paths of egress. Effectively manage all major task of the electronic key system including key assignments for all lock entries and all employees password access. Monitor the hotels video surveillance for the safety of the hotel guest and employees. Provide written reports for the hotel including but not limited to, employee and guest injuries and guest property loss. Perform monthly maintenance of the electronic locks,in room safes as well as fire extinguisher's. Field Manager, 05/1996 to 10/1999 Summit Security (World Trade Center) - New York City, 10001 Responsible for orders of all office supplies, including the uniforms for over 150 security officers. I provided detail logs of all purchases including adequate distribution to all security officers. Effectively filled in for the shift manager and performed roll call before the start of shifts, which entailed posting all officers before the start of the shift and schedule all meal breaks for officers on duty.Secure and patrol the entire World Trade Center complex while obtaining signatures from all officers at their designated post.

Store Detective/ Field Supervisor, 04/1992 to 10/1996 Blue Eagle security - Long Island City, N Y

Established myself as a consumer in various retail stores while conducting surveillance looking for criminal activity. Conducted undercover work in retail stores ranging from departmental clothing stores to drug store chains. Provided daily reports of store activity as well as documented report writing of any criminal activity. Successfully promoted to field supervisor in two years. Monitored 6 on site locations, scheduled all 6 locations with security officers, managed and trained all officers during the course of my shift.
