Accountable for assessing and implementing growth opportunities such as potential portfolio acquisitions & co branded partner ships.

Oversaw new product development, brand strategy and positioning, marketing, mass media, market research, pricing strategies, cards

& communications design, sourcing, and overall product strategies required for integrating newly developed / purchased paymen t

utility portfolios within CIBC. Developed the transition plan for acquired accounts and flawless conversion ensuring business case

remained intact while maintaining excellent communications and customer experience.

Developed and launched 4 MasterCard Credit Card Products from early concept to final approved business case and facilitated a seamless transition

to the launch team.

Migrated 5.2 billion dollars in outstanding balances as part of the CITI Bank credit card portfolio acquisition.

Renegotiated credit card product insurance, features and benefits contracts with vendors to realize a 4 million dollar annual DOE savings.

Renegotiated the PETRO-POINTS Co brand arrangement to increase the value proposition of the credit card for re-brand & re-launch.

Led and developed the market strategy for new consumer card concepts by assessment of financial services and mobile industry news,

Lead a cross-functional team by leveraging individual expertise, implementing an array of online capabilities and client facing product sales tools.

Enhancements lowered annual DOE by 15 million dollars.
