Oversaw new product development, brand strategy and positioning, marketing, mass media, market research, pricing strategies, cards
& communications design, sourcing, and overall product strategies required for integrating newly developed / purchased paymen t
utility portfolios within CIBC. Developed the transition plan for acquired accounts and flawless conversion ensuring business case
remained intact while maintaining excellent communications and customer experience.
Developed and launched 4 MasterCard Credit Card Products from early concept to final approved business case and facilitated a seamless transition

Migrated 5.2 billion dollars in outstanding balances as part of the CITI Bank credit card portfolio acquisition.
