• Operate data capture technology to import digitized geological records into document management system.
• Prepare file for delivery and assure all projected documentation is complete
• Consult with end users regarding problems in accessing electronic content.
• Use of Accutrac XE Software, to research; check in and out records to client.
• Interact as a liaison between departments and Exxon clients on a daily basis to give insight on file status
and verification of received documents
• Prepare supporting documentation and training materials for end users of document management systems
• Perform File room orientations to new clients
• Handle retrieval, check-out and refilling procedures as needed on an immediate basis.
