HL7 Architect, System Operations
Responsible for the HL7 integration/interface engine which links multiple internal and external client systems. Research, implement, and
maintain interface product enabling communication between GPM’s custom Electronic Health System (EHR) software and third party
vendor software systems.
Designed, tested, and implement a new HL7 bi-directional process of patient data extracted/imported from/to
SQL databases via stored procedures. This involved the mapping of the data extracted/imported via an interface
engine. Primary support of all interfaces after implementation.
Designed and validated process to import initial patient demographic load into GPM’s EHR system when new
doctor practices are implemented.
Assisted with the setup and validation of new billing databases in GE Centricity General Management application.
