While assigned to a position at Salesforce.com I acquired responsibilities to greet visitors/guests and create
temporary badges for each of them using Workspeed. When new hires arrived I took their pictures and
created employee access badges as well as building badges for each new employee. Made sure the guest
always signed into the lap top sign in system. It was my duty to fill in as the facilities coordinator three times
a week. Maintained corporate office premises by securing building access. Placed maintenance orders;
arranged for equipment to be repaired and serviced. Followed up with vendors and made sure repairs were
completed. Respond to request from employees that came through Facilities Help Desk. Organized
conference room chair and table set up at employees request; for example classroom style, theater style, or
town-hall style. I orchestrated food catering for large meetings. Booked conference rooms for employees and
their clients. I used the Cisco Switchboard phone system to answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate
person. Using FedEx I would ship various items to executives and CEO’s. Create the monthly newsletter

While assigned to a contract position for Phipps Houses I would contact vendors (that would repair the
apartment amenities) by phone and email to verify that each assignment was completed accurately; gathered
all receipts for each job in the purchasing log. Created Binder records of all the vendors contact information
making sure their phone numbers, email and mailing addresses were up to date. Completely reorganized all of
the files in the file room by alphabetical order and created new files. Coordinated all old files using excel
spreadsheet and placing them in marked boxes alphabetically for shipment to the storage room.
