Client Name: JP Morgan Chase

Project Description: JP Morgan Chase has clients to whom the organization

associate its account holders, by means of different products of either its

own possession or of its client. The whole methodology for this is a

sophisticated one, for which the existing SARS system of the organization

was not as efficient. Also with frequent changes in the business, there was

a need for the whole application to be rebuilt on a CRM platform such as

PRPC. Each product required its own totally dissimilar configuration rules

with the flexibility to change any details at any stage of the request

creation, and associating different types of accounts with these products.

The phase-II of the project included some enhancements to the phase-I and

some more products to be configured. The project makes use of the

techniques like Java Script, JSP, HTML, AJAX, Database Connectivity, PRPC

techniques: creation of Work-Cover and Work-Objects, Work Flow, Worklist

Customization, Report Generation, Looping through the Pages.

She was involved in various POC for the clients.

WSS SAM ESCROW Account Opening project is part of Escrow's strategic

roadmap to eliminate Escrow Services' bifurcated process, and ultimately

provide a Single Point of Entry for cash movement and asset transactions

via DealTRAK, beginning with TITAN new account setup.

The JPMC WSS CFP (Custody Foundation Project) is looking at an alternative

to the current COSMIC, TITAN and CCMS Legacy Systems for maintaining

positions and supporting the settlement activity. The system should have

sufficient capability to support the volume of account setups / amendments

required to support the businesses today and headroom for growth. CFP is a

WSS-wide program to create a single position management, clearance, and

settlement utility. A Canonical Model is defined in CFP and a set of

standard messages also defined that IM will use to send Account and

Counterparty reference data to downstream systems.

Project Description: This project is to upgrade the Guest First application

of Target Technology Services from Version 3.2 to Version 4.2 of "PegaRules

Process Commander" and "Smart Disputes", and make enhancements to existing

target Visa Card's dispute processing and move the existing dispute

processing application of the Target Guest Card into upgraded Guest First

application. The project involves the credit card dispute management

system. This system deals with both Target cards and credit cards for other

banks.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sonia is now responsible for onsite offshore co-ordination and is working

in the present project as a Project Lead. She also involve in Project

process and quality related works (such as audit, resource management

etc.). She has taken the module lead role in the last releases also. She

has taken various responsibilities in the present project. Such as-
