Citi Student Loan Corp., Senior Vice President - Capital Markets 1/2008 – 12/2010
Led FP&A team tasked with the issuance and management of asset portfolio analysis and funding activities. The group was tasked
with the programmatic funding of $37 billion in assets, cash flow modeling and residual valuation, transaction execution by
collaborating with cross functional teams such as Treasury, investment banks, rating agencies and deal council for issuance in term
deals, 144A or ABCP conduit.
• Led team in surveillance and analysis of $18 billion FAS 140 ABS issuance to the capital markets
• Sourced and coordinated new financing for the loan portfolio through a network of banks, syndicate desk contacts, rating
