development of a clean water system with a 4000 gallon storage capacity
for 17-18 Meg-ohms, as well as, managed a number of campus construction
projects.
. Reduced cost from $1M to $450K for installation of a MRI facility for
Loma Linda University Medical Center through evaluations and
negotiations to meet budget.
. Conducted a feasibility study that achieved a significant reduction in
Baylor College of Medicine's power bills and provided additional
emergency power with a payback for a co-generation plant cost in 4 years
