PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW

Maintained Yearly Training of entire base (over 1050 users), Achieved 100% compliances for all nine

years, was benchmarked by entire Air Force as an example of how to maintain compliance and

efficiency.

Eleven (11) years Software Management. Created and modified regulations that were incorporated into

national regulations as a supplemental regulation. Conducted Inventory of entire system yearly and

random sample inventory semi-annual. Setup software agents that monitored software deployment and

maintained user licensing on network and standalone systems. Used Symantec to access network

machines files and verify that machines had standard approved software loaded on them and were not

out of compliance with standards set-up by myself and Air Force under regulations.

Four (4) years Remedy Manager/Helpdesk Manager. I maintained and managed tickets in remedy,

assigned tickets to tier I, II, and III technicians, Did follow-up on troublesome tickets with users,

reported ticket progress by graphic illustrations and statistical analysis of data exported from remedy on

a daily bases to show progress and management of personnel and tickets.

Thirteen (13) years experience Tier I, II and III helpdesk support. Manned helpdesk during Unit Training

Accelerating (UTA) weekends once a month on a rotating bases. Was tier II and III normally and troubleshoot

Network, Exchange, Software Management, and Information Assurance questions.
