Responsibilities included servicing our Pharmaceutical industry clients and implementing SAP. Most
of my time was spent at Merck in Whitehouse, NJ. I worked there for 5 years and sat on the PMO
coordinating the implementation with IBM and Merck. We used IBM’s methodology to implement
the SAP system in 7 countries including 30,000 employees. The business functions were, Requisition
to Check, Order to Cash, Finance, Supply Chain and HR, as well as Business Warehouse.
Most recently I’ve been working on Hana implementations as well as A2O (assemble to order)
projects.

I was the director of IT Finance, Materials Management and HR including the SAP implementation
covering Supply Chain, Finance, Order to cash and Requisition to Check. Full life cycle
implementation from selection of 3rd party implementation partner to go live weekend. Also ran other
non SAP projects and conformed to validation requirements and SOX requirements.
Senior Manager SAP Practice September 1997– October 1999

Responsible for the SAP practice in the northeast including Sales, P&L, and recruiting. I built the
practice from having no SAP customers to having many customers implementing SAP with our
support. I was also responsible for implementing the Ernst and Young SAP implementation
methodology to assist and standardize all our SAP work.

Responsible for servicing Large SAP customers in the northeast, CPC Foods, Bristol Myers Squibb.
As a manager I was responsible for the entire life cycle implementation of specific SAP modules and
lines of business. Supply Chain, Purchasing, AP, FICO, SD, Project Systems, Asset Management,
Internal Orders, Investment Management. My teams created the “as is” documentation and then
designed the new system utilizing SAP as the guideline addressing finance, supply chain, order to
cash, and requisition to check. We then configured, tested, fine tuned and took the system live with
proper training materials developed and classes held. All while conforming to validation
requirements and SOX requirements. I became certified in Materials Management during my time at
Price Waterhouse.

Performed software support for our proprietary systems throughout the northeast, specializing in
Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and report writing. Assisted with critical system outages, software
upgrades, and capacity planning. Coordinated with business executives, software experts, help desks,
and data source teams in a 24x6 availability environment. Support tasks involved work with
Mainframe servers, and all the databases our software supported.
