• Prepare documents for Customs purposes for In ternational shipments, i.e.,

Commercial Invoices, Export Packing Lists, Packing Declarations, Chubb Insurance

Certificates, etc.

• Establish pricing, calculate and generate billing, credit and debit memos and

reconcile customer accounts

• Ar range pool shipments considering weight and destination

• In teract with steamship lines negotiating rates, routing, equipment availability, etc.

• Secure vessel bookings with Freight Forwarder to meet customer destination

requirement

• Establish container pool at plant for preloading of large In ternational projects

• Determine and schedule mode of t ransportation, LTL, Truckload, Intermodal etc. for

i nland destinations

• Review and approve Seaway bills, research and resolve discrepancies

• Purchase all vendor i tems for intended project and review and approve invoices for

payment

• Review and approve vendor invoices for payment

• Contribute innovative ideas during TQM brainstorming sessions for streamlining

p rocesses

• Applying TQM theories, researched and implemented ideas to streamline procedures

saving the company $89,750.00 annually after a one t ime aggregate cost of $810.00

to execute
