International Controller

. Manage and coordinate overseas office accounting functions on behalf

of executive management to deliver timely and accurate financial

information for internal review (both forecast and actual) including

the establishment of a consistent monthly reporting package.

. Responsible for conversion of foreign currency financials to USD using

GAAP and FASB 52 standards and responsible for compiling financial

statements.

. Negotiate leases; lead foreign audits, tax preparation and budgeting/

forecast processes.

. Responsible for foreign banking, treasury and transactional processing

functions.

. Developed SOP manuals and policies; designed, planned and managed the

IT integration of foreign offices to JD Edwards ERP system (GL, Job
