Qualifications:
Ms. Tranchetti's experience and knowledge in software development process
improvement and standard models (CMMI and ISO 9000) have been instrumental
in a successful career as a Quality Assurance Specialist since 2000.
Expertise: Requirements analysis, documentation standards, mentoring peers
on process, project management, participation in the development of test
cases, coverage and design/code walkthroughs which foster quality in
deliverables. Working for over 8 years on military contracts; experience
includes performing CM and QA functions ensuring configuration
prerequisites and all formal qualification testing procedures were
performed as verified in system schematics and requirement specifications
on both small and large scale computer HW/SW releases. In addition,
experience includes witnessing the installation of software and their
subsequent integration, preliminary qualification and formal acceptance and

Experience:
January 2013 - Present- Transportation Security Labs, Atlantic City, NJ.
Presently working within the Independent Test and Evaluation team as a
Quality Assurance Engineer. Responsibilities include scheduling and
performing independent internal audits of all sections and labs within this
division that are currently ISO 9000 and ISO 17025 accredited. In
addition, responsible for reviewing all processes within a one year period
to ensure effectiveness and currency. Role is also responsible for
attending physical and functional configuration audits of vendor equipment
prior to testing in airports.
January 2011 - August 2012 - FAA - Atlantic City, NJ Ms. Tranchetti is
currently working as a Process Improvement Specialist II; working in the
Radar division on site at the Atlantic City Airport analyzing current
processes and identifying gaps in the current process and developing new
processes to improve efficiency in their engineering process. In this
timeframe, Ms. Tranchetti has introduced new processes that proved to be
more effective and efficient in the development of software and hardware
prototypes. Processes enhanced and developed included providing new
templates and process guidelines for conducting Engineering Studies,
Project Planning including MS Project Schedule training, Requirement
Traceability Matrix template introduction, introduced how Technical Peer
Reviews would be verified against all approved input, Lessons Learned and
Project Close out activities; all processes to ensure the accuracy of
project version releases. In addition, basic Configuration management
activities were introduced, including identifying the base lines of both
SW/HW after the approval of the systems' lifecycle phase gate and
standardization of documentation procedures. Trained engineers on all new
processes by staged roll outs to ensure effective communication of each new
process introduced by designing and conducting via FAA approved MS Power
Point presentations.
March 2008 - January 2011 - L3 Communications -Eatontown, NJ. Ms.
Tranchetti is a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist who is working as part
of the NJ Support Services Department Quality Assurance (QA) group. Ms.
Tranchetti is a vital asset to the team performing compliance verification
on various contracted projects as well being assigned to the effort of
assisting the company's successful certification efforts with their CMMI
Level 3 audit; awarded to company in April 2010. In these years, Ms.
Tranchetti proposed eight process improvement ideas to senior management
that have been approved and implemented in the software development process
area. Ms. Tranchetti was assigned to witness and ensure that all software
and prototype builds were performed as documented/base lined and to verify
that test procedures were executed exactly as written against the system
configuration was verified according to System Design Documentation.
Complex military systems would require QA witness acceptance testing with
army personnel present, and also include testing and stressing new
features, full regression testing was required in many instances which
could take anywhere from a couple of days to weeks at a time.
Responsibilities included the verification that hardware and software
version base lines were correctly controlled, identified and managed
according to CM policy and be able to participate in solution discussions
for any defects documented. Experienced with conducting CM audits for
compliance to organizational processes via verbal interviews,
organizational questionnaire and checklist which verifies the knowledge and
execution of CMMI Key Process CM goals as well as artifact verification by
inspection.
May 20005 - March 2008 - Triveris, Inc., Eatontown, NJ Ms. Tranchetti
was the Quality Assurance Manager for this health technologies company.
Her expertise was utilized to spearhead all of the QA functionalities
required to implement a new web site for a new Floridian health insurance
company which tripled in size within the first two years. Ms. Tranchetti
also performed all compliance duties involved with the very successful
launch of the company's health information tracking system for insured
members. This proprietary system was very well accepted and a lucrative
asset for the company. Her skills were vital to its on-time delivery; thus
meeting the company's expectations and scheduled demonstrations to outside
vendors. The success of this release depended on executing the
requirements of the customer on a timely basis, control of various beta
releases and the identification and control of all requirements, testing
results, versioning of software and all defect remedies to ensure all
functionalities were managed with each new release as changes were
required. The success of this project depended on Ms. Tranchetti's
ability to lead the team as a unit to meet all quality measures and meet
the desired goal of addressing the customer's expectations by the desired
launch date.
January 2005 - May 2005 - Computer Science Corporation, Eatontown, NJ;
Ms. Tranchetti managed and controlled budgetary matters; tracked the input
from various consulting companies and thus creating various reports and
analysis of project statistics. Attended management meetings; interacted
with various companies/engineers.
June 2000 - July 2004 - Sensor Technologies, Inc., Shrewsbury, N.J.
Quality Assurance Specialist: Ms. Tranchetti was a driving force in
outlining the tasks to be completed in order to reach of Capability
Maturity Level as a Level 3. Her responsibilities included interviewing
managers, analyzing current practices and making recommendations for
changes in policy once gap analysis was completed. In addition, she
communicated with clients to determine and define requirements and ensure
their satisfaction with staged development reviews and reported to internal
management twice a year reporting on QA process improvements. Ms.
Tranchetti was also a member of the Configuration Control Board for the
company and her quality assurance duties included writing and executing
test plans to requirements and configuration management, performing builds
and inventory management (all materials and documentation control). Some
of the mission critical projects included Advanced Monitoring Device
Sensors (AMDS) topographical enhanced Tough Book laptops which soldiers
would mount on their vehicle dashboards and would allow for the detection
by motion what type of vehicle, device or personnel was approaching. Also
worked on the AHUD (Aviator Heads Up Display) project which developed and
tested the monitoring and display of specially designed night goggles which
would house the accurate information displayed in their peripheral vision
currently on their helicopter dashboard so the pilot would not have to look
down while in combat. Witnessed formal and performed prequalification
testing for its performance, requirements, stress and instrumentation
functionality. In QA role, verified that the CM control and identification
of the HW/SW base lines were accurate with each approved phased milestone
and ultimately, the product's version delivery. Designed and developed a
system testing database using MS ACCESS which identified each defect
uniquely by system, release number, functionality and tracked all issues
and reported them weekly to management via customized reports.
September 1998 - June 2000 Middletown Board of Education, Middletown, NJ
Instructional Aide-Special Ed/Substitute Teacher: Ms. Tranchetti worked
with elementary school children with special needs; worked periodically as
a substitute teacher.
1989-1991 National Community Bank - Hasbrouck Heights, NJ
Computer Consultant - This position entailed Ms. Tranchetti's development
of an online data entry system for the banks' current keypunch personnel;
training the evening keypunch department. This was a one-year contract
which was extended to two years.

Senior Systems Analyst - Ms. Tranchetti used her experience as a programmer
and led a team of software engineers using the languages: Assembler, JCL,
CICS, COBOL, and IDMS database. She served as a project lead and
responsible for planning, supervising staff and coordinating all areas of
the Customer Information System online application
