long-dormant trade show program, developing a complete trade show strategy, including a turnkey

booth program, and best practice processes for third-party representative use.

• OEM Program Overhaul: Directed a 20-member team through a major program enhancement,

increasing new users by 30K while simultaneously building the program’s visibility, credibility, and

integration within the internal Intuit organization.

• QuickBooks Marketing Re-Design: Project managed the implementation of an enhanced

online and in-store product presentation, including direct mail and email customer communications.
