-Program Manager for three multi-million dollar government projects:
- Marine Corps receiving, warehousing, kitting, and shipping
involving 1500 items.
-Retrofit and warranty work for BAE military vehicles. Oversee 14
teams throughout the world. Manage and provide logistic support to
these teams at CONUS and OCONUS sites.
-Manage an alternator production operation in Anniston.
-Responsible for scheduling, budgeting, cost, customer interface, and all
functions associated with program and operations management.
-Responsible for material requisition as determined by minimum and maximum
levels.
-Responsible for developing transportation agreements for all deliveries as
well as scheduling carriers.
-Responsible for compliance to military specifications to include Federal
Acquisition Regulation, CFR, Military Packaging Requirements, as well as

May 2005-January 2008
-Initiated the Total Asset Visibility Program (DTAV) for Anniston Army
Depot (ANAD). Including managing complete physical inventory of all repair
parts in process at Anniston Army Depot.
-Established open lot inventory and location identifications for all combat
vehicle repair parts to be transitioned to a separate contractor for
distribution/issue to production operations.
-Initiated, organized, and served as the Contract Site Manager/Project
Manager in the initial development of a customized electronic planning and
RFID material tracking system for Anniston Army Depot to replace the
physical inventory system.
-Organized and supervised the entire logistics management solution for
Anniston Army Depot, termed as the Depot Total Asset Visibility System
(DTAVS).
-Organized and directed 28 Teamcor employees and as many as 16 contract
employees.
-Responsible for budgets, cost accounting, cost tracking, project tracking,
project implementation, proposals, safety, and quality as well as a host of
other responsibilities related to project management.
-Possessed a comprehensive understanding of customers business processes,
and in turn communicated and guided the team in the future direction of
material planning and tracking.

-Employed as Continuous Improvement/Quality Assurance Manager responsible
for managing an ISO9000/TS16949 Quality System in a air-suspension seating
manufacturing environment.
-Served as alternate/back-up to Safety & Environmental Manager for an ISO
14001 System.
-Instructed and applied various quality tools to include SPC, APQP, FMEA's,
PPAP's, 8D, 5 Why's, Quality Auditing, etc.

-Served as an ISO 9000 Lead Quality Auditor (RAB certified).
-Developed and delivered ISO 9000 training to all depot employees.
-Lead a team towards ANAD obtaining one of the Army's first ISO 9000
certified production operation.
