Technical Knowledge:
Ability to use almost any equipment on the market and even trained the employees at

impeccable records.

Qualifications:
The benefits for choosing me for the ideal candidate to fill a position at your
company are simply this. I focus on systemizing my approach to completing projects and
my crews quickly pick up on this as we get into a rhythm for day to day procedures. My
drawing templates allow me to quickly import notes from title reports and city ordinances
and I use a method of matching properties to very efficiently implement layers, line
weights, and font styles. Once while working for Geomatics the owner, Mike Chadwick,
complimented me on the fact that I could accomplish more Land Title Surveys a day than
any employee he had ever seen. I averaged 7 10 per day. While at Texcon I managed 9
construction sites at the same time, had two field crews for layout and performed all the
calculations, drawings and figured all the quantities and even performed some of the
estimating duties as well as invoicing.
Having operated two of my own businesses I am very conscientious of my
expenses and the cost of maintaining crews and equipment verses the amount of projects
I complete and the income I bring to the table for the company. This does not in any way
imply that I cut corners or improperly perform my duties. My attention to detail is
unparalleled in the industry and I have methods for construction staking that allow me to
run circles around the competition. You will be pleased and grateful to have chosen me to
be a part of your team.
