PROFESSIONAL EXPERIANCE
Currently I am working with SPEC at MEHAR GAS FIELD DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT as a PROJECT ENGINEEER from 15-05-2012 to till now.
It is an EPCC On Shore Project.

Responsibilities here as a Tank & Flow line Engineer. ( Successfully completed
From ROW to Hydro test of Cross Country Flow Line)
To work on IFC Drawings.
•
To prepare execuation methodology.
•
To lead the job in planned manner and monitoring the job progress.
•
To achieve the target of high productivity.
•
To prepare and plan the jobs of allocated area and assign the tasks to
•
execution team.
• To coordinate with planning engineers for progress reporting, material, stores
& administration representatives for smooth working.
To attend meeting with client.
•
Complete management of the Piping Pre-Comm/Comm. scope for the
•
project.
Preparation of commissioning scope and procedures.
•
Preparation of test pack for Visual, Hydro and pneumatic testing,
•
Planning and execution of preparatory activities.
Interfaces with the Discipline Planning Teams to understand the
•
construction schedule.
Prepare technical report, lists of outstanding items on “A” punch list
•
submits it for construction to carry out the required test.
Monitors the testing (hydrostatic and pneumatic) and handle reports on
•
the completion of tests and to supervise line cleaning after hydro test (Air
blowing & pigging).
Management and supervision of commissioning technicians to
•
complete the pre-commissioning / commissioning scopes.
Identify problems, pose plausible solutions and implement those
•
solutions to achieve the objectives of the project.
Preparation of Job hazard analysis in consultation with HSE team.
•
Coordination with QC and HSE team for quality inspection and HSE
•
measures.
To lead the job to execution teams in planned manner and monitor the
•
progress of job as per approved drawings
Worked at FAUZ ENGINEERING (ASME & ISO 9000:2008 CERTIFIED) as
a TRAINEE EXECUATION ENGINEER as well as TRAINEE QA/QC
ENGINEER since 21-11-2011 to 14-05-2012.
My responsibilities here are
To prepare QIP, WPS, Weld Map, RFI, Hydro Test,

To inspect Welding Quality.

To work on IFC Drawings.
