Work Experience
• I am currently working as full time Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in Great Barr,
Physio 1st. My duties include assessment and treatment of range of different
Musculoskeletal injuries including Medico-legal case load.
• I worked as a Bank specialized therapy assistant (Band 3) in North Tees NHS
Foundation Trust, Stockton-on-Tees. My duties include: to confidently implement
the prescribed therapy plan including mobility/functional interventions, to carry out
those environmental visits deemed within competency and provide the basic
equipment requiring interventions in line with the PT/OT therapy plan, To make
minor modifications to the assessed therapy plan within competency, to fit more
complex equipment where training has been received, to liaise and coordinate with
partner agencies those services required to support safe discharge as directed by the
therapy plan, to record accurately and concisely interventions/communications
either with the person requiring services or other professional /agencies, to ensure
that consent for interventions and that the person is clear as to what is arranged on
their behalf.
• Worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant volunteer in Multiple Sclerosis therapy
center, Middlesbrough from one year. My duties include helping clients and
patients to develop their independent daily living skills in accordance with their
individual care plan, Provide a rich, stimulating environment, which enhances the
life-style of the service users and Support the physical, mental, social and spiritual
growth of the service users in the centre and in the community, Promote effective
communication systems by using a variety of communication techniques for
service users and staff, helping clients to participate in activities at the centre like

administration & organizational duties of the department, to order mobility and
exercise equipments as required and maintain the stock, to supervise less
experienced physiotherapists, support staff and students on clinical placements, to
