Monitored maintenance inspections Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and Service Letters. Daily tracking of
maintenance records (repeat and one time only inspections) is performed for the fleet. The data is updated and tracked in the
Modular Maintenance Management (M3) database. Aircraft projections are produced monthly for off-sites and the program office.
Maintenance Requirement Task Cards for special inspections and corrosion control are also tracked. Work Content Manuals are
updated and changes distributed as they occur. Developed and maintained web page with Work Content Manual and Task Card
data for offsite access and deployed aircraft. Check packages are assimilated to provide requirements for the particular upcoming
check. "Open Items" (squawks) reports are generated and presented for the monthly maintenance meeting. Discrepancy
Records (DRs) are written and tracked as required. Various reports provided to the Program Office and customer as requested.

Business Analyst III, Aero Engineering Technologies June, 1992 to March, 1994
Prepared overhead budgets, reallocated funds when necessary, and tracked actual expenditures. Validated, updated, coordinated,
and maintained the manpower forecast at the vicepresidential organizational level with an average headcount of three
hundredeighty employees. This effort included supervision of five data entry personnel bimonthly. Developed and maintained cost
control systems, cost analysis charts/graphs, generated reports reflecting current and projected status, and identified problem
areas. Evaluated the impact of contract modifications to manpower requirements, schedules, and costs resulting in
recommendations for revision.
Business Analyst I. Aero Engineering 1987 to 1992
Responsibilities and duties were the same as those described above. In addition, this position required assimilation of all
departmental bids and man-hour estimates in accordance with approved Engineering Estimating Manual procedures prior to
submittal to the director for signature. Bid briefings and reviews were attended and monitored to ascertain that appropriate
attendees were present to represent required areas of expertise (skill level) for the particular program. Departmental presentations
were given to managers on the topics of contractual cost control as well as overhead briefings. The Aero Engineering manpower
forecast was maintained and published at the director level. An overhead budget data base with down loaded accounting data was
created to effectively monitor expenditures and committed monies. Monthly Microframe Project Management (MPM) status reports
were reviewed for accuracy prior to submittal to the program office. Constant interface with chief engineers, program
management, task leaders, and subtask leaders for generation of monthly contract status reports.

Administrator. Division Controller 1986 to 1987
Designed and standardized charts for accounting and the Greenville Division Plans and Operations (P & O) meetings each month,
as well as additional charts required by the Vice-President of Finance. Direct interface with Greenville Division Vice Presidential
Staff. Produced Greenville Division financial statements reflecting sales, profits, bookings, and backlogs monthly, quarterly, and
yearend. Processed new employee relocation expense reports; including auditing, tracking and check disbursement. Prepared
daily deposits of all monies for the operating account, employee's charity fund, and miscellaneous funds deposited in the
Greenville and Corporate accounts. Designed and implemented a computer system in the department to directly link with existing
equipment in the Accounting Department and Greenville Division mainframe system.
