$2M Joint Headquarters clinic serving 300 personnel. Was the primary

medical logistician responsible for controlling $470K in medications,

Ambulance Service Manager/ Emergency Management Consultant

Led 20 medical technicians and accounted for $800K in assets responsible

for providing 24 hour emergency care for 11K beneficiaries. Developed and

wrote guidance and regulations with regards to internal policies and

procedures and was a head consultant for the group's mass casualty response

plan.

local and district level awards and the highest rating in the Air Force

Clinical Operations Manager

Manager of a $1M Expeditionary Air Force clinic, which supported 1K

deployed beneficiaries. Served as the primary local public health officer

responsible for force health protection issues. Served as solo medic for

42 convoys and advised 2 Iraqi medical commanders on clinical operations.

Inspected and transferred over $3.8M in facilities and equipment to Iraq

locations.

Served as the senior consultant to 8 Iraqi commanding Generals, base

defense leaders and 510 functional members regarding emergency management

issues. Prepared multiple reports and briefings for commanders and heads

of state discussing security and medical concerns involved with the

installation.

the Iraqi Army's medical treatment, living and warehouse facilities.
