. Coordinate drivetester team to do field measurement for investigation and
acceptance reporting
. Analyzes Performance statistics by worst cells to optimize the networks,
includes usage of Tracing Feature inside RNC on Iub and Iu interface
(GPEH, UETR, W-MRR, W-NCS)
. Setting RAN Parameters such as Power, Cell Change, HO parameters (event
1, 2, 3 and 6) and updating Neighbors list (3G+IRAT)
. Tuning the RF Propagation by reconfiguring Antenna System and Node-B

. Radio Network Optimization by field measurement - planning tools and
analyzes through A-interface and A-bis measurement for troubleshooting
overall network problems.
. Setting Cell Parameters such as Power Control, HO parameters: qual - lev
averaging and thresholds, cell traffic-load sharing, updating Neighbors
list, includes recommends BTS moving (rehoming)
. Reassigning Frequency with Co-channel (C/I) and Adjacent channel (C/A)
Interference analysis and Frequency Hopping implementation.
. Tuning the RF Propagation by reconfiguring Antenna System and Cell Design
for coverage improvement.
. Analyze radio network capacity and traffic by providing traffic trend for
TRx demand in each cell as reference for upgrade or downgrade Hardware
(TRx) and Configuration (CCCH, SDCCH and TCH).
