conducting bid process, generating Contracts and Legal Agreements.

Manage Purchase Orders, track vendor invoices, process and monitor

payment requisitions. Coordinate multiple projects, Contractor and

subcontractors to maintain, budgets, schedules and quality control for

the client.

Consulting Project Manager as Owner's Rep

SSA Architecture LLC, Las Vegas, NV - May 2004 to May 2008

Responsibilities consist of coordinating construction associated business

initiatives within a large financial facility. Oversight of infrastructure

upgrades for equipment and staff enhancements to meet production

requirements. Develop work scopes based on business criteria; create

budgets for approval, conducting bid process, generating Contracts and

Legal Agreements. Manage Purchase Orders, track vendor invoices, process

and monitor payment requisitions. Coordinate multiple projects, General

Contractor and subcontractors to maintain the functional, financial,

schedule and quality control for the client. Control and regulate

Corporate Standards and Audit Compliance, for Project Legal Binders and

supervision of budgets from development through client acceptance.

projects, identify and resolve problems, budgets, schedules and quality

control. Apply detailed knowledge of Corporate Standards to maintain

Project Legal Binders.
