inventory planning and management, material storage, retrieval packaging and delivery, consisting of 40K

square feet of warehouse apace, 20+ direct reports and $18 to $20M in inventory. Also responsible for all

development and training of employees in safety, quality, and operations.

• Planned and implemented warehouse expansion from 2m to 20m over 2 years

• Developed process flow that reduced warranty PPM from 15000 to 5000 over a 2 year period

• Conducted 5S workshops to eliminate waste in all major areas
