Executive Summary
Throughout my twelve years of experience with Honda Manufacturing of Alabama I have enthusiastically taken on all
challenges resulting in the desired positive outcomes. After initially becoming a team coordinator after only ten months of
employment I have worked diligently since to utilize the numerous training opportunities to successfully better manage
team coordinators, associates, company time and expenses resulting in my promotion to Team Manager(March 2012).
Simultaneously I have helped lay the framework to increase all around productivity through procedures and improvement
activities. In utilizing my managerial PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) procedures within the SEQDCM (Safety
Environmental Quality Delivery Cost Morale) categories I have routinely exceeded managerial expectations. On most
recent Personal Performance Review (June 2013) by the Lead Team Manager he stated, “Minnie exceeded production
expectations, organization in reducing final inventory and including associates in morale team building and process cross
training”.

• Routinely conduct monthly global paint meetings for 300-400 associates, managers and executives
• Led weekly status meetings discussing budgets, inventory and counter measures. Additionally, closed
meetings with global production numbers and sales
• Conducted performance coaching’s, maintained time, attendance and associate payroll
• Led CSD (Chip Scratch Deform) created a multidepartment team to investigate root cause, track data,
develop and implement countermeasures. Presented weekly results to departmental managers steadily
moving toward accomplishing our 50% reduction goal. After successfully achieving benchmark results
