Work Experience

The AA (Aug2008- June 2013)

I worked as an emergency breakdown customer service advisor, I then moved

around departments within the business, after a year on (EB) I was moved to

fuel assist which involved me providing members who had mis-fueled their

vehicles with a fuel drain I had to follow FSA scripting to insure

customers are treated fairly. I also worked within the home and

car Emergency breakdown department, my role as a call handler is multi-

faceted, with responsibilities including:

. Taking new breakdown calls for car and home emergency departments,

Ensuring Organisational standards are met.

. Liaising with various departments all over the country and numerous

external organisations, including the police, highways agency, and

international offices in order to fulfil the requirements of the

customer.

. Working on behalf of manufacturers, including Honda, Toyota, Nissan,

Peugeot, VW, etc

. Handle calls at high volume and still meet the highest level of

customer service within the service level agreement (SLA)

. Handle home emergency insurance claims for various different customers

such as AA, Saga and Lloyds premier account holder customer.

. Being responsible for Fleet and Pay for use memberships, working on

behalf of a wide range of clients.

. Administration, sales, customer service, data entry, membership

queries, Customer relations, adapting quickly to find solutions that

best fit the customer.

PARCEL FORCE (july2013-september 1st 2013)

Started work at parcel force on 10th july as a delivery driver working all

areas of the midlands doing business and house deliveries speaking and

dealing with customers face to face. This has given me a extra confidence

boost than I already had in customer services. Left job due to work not

being on a regular basis and I need a regular income, due to mortgage

commitment. Would like to go back to call centre job available for

Immediate start.

Skills and Experience

I have good communication, rapport building and planning and organizing

skills, I have worked within a well established company since I started

employment and I have 5 years customer service experience. While working

for this company I feel that I have gained a lot of experience with dealing

with the general public face to face and over the phone and meeting their

needs. I have had experience selling products and taking feedback from

customers and making improvements on the feedback. I can also problem solve

to try and make the end result of the situation better to the best of my

ability, also a being a good negotiator was key to my jobrole. I am

motivated, hardworking and responsible; I have experience working within a

call centre environment. I can work in a team as well as on my own; I have

experience in both car and home emergency departments within the AA,

working within these departments allowed me to develop stronger

communication skills, computer skills and the ability to multi task. My

main strengths are reliability, adaptability, dependability,

trustworthiness and the determination to get a job done to the highest

possible standard

Interests and hobbies

My main interest are socializing and sports I love to socialize and spend

time with family and friends especially in pubs and restaurants, my

favorite sport is boxing and I boxed as a amateur boxer for St Francis

Amateur Boxing Club. This has helped me a lot in my life as it has taught

me how to be disciplined due to the strict training and dieting regime.

Football is one of my other passions and I play Sunday league football. I

also enjoy listening to different types of music. One of my favorite

interests is travelling I love going to different countries to experience

different cultures and foods and meeting interesting people from all walks

of life. I have recently ventured into property developing and have one

property in my portfolio but hope to expand this while also in full time

work.
