Role: Senior SAP ABAP technical consultant.

Responsibility: Involved with the modifications and new developments of the existing system, which

include Portal backend objects (ESS/MSS - FM,BSP application, ALV framework ), several reports,

interfaces, conversion, enhancement and forms in SAP R/3 for HCM module. Also provided production

support and resolved a number of issues reported in the current production environment in 2 months

hyper care period.

REPORTS:

• Analyzed the existing Reports,created technical specs, then uploaded to Solution Manager

as there were no documentation for the system .

• Replaced all the hardcoded Security Role by developing the logic for those hardcoded security

roles with the help of 2 tables ZOM_ROLES_ECC, ZOM_ROLES.

• Replaced all the hardcoded OTR text which is no more valid in the J&J environment like NgA,

CONVERSION / INTERFACE:

• Remediated the interface which feeds the Salary History information from SAP HCM to CompNav

& ECM Systems through XI Proxy server.

and IT2010 through (PA30).

FORMS:

• Created different layout sets using transaction code SE71. Created windows, Paragraph, Page

windows according to client requirement and company LOGO is copied from TIFF file by using

the program RSTXLDMC.

MISCELLANEOUS:

• Manually implemented OSS notes 4374111 for Authorization check.

• Built Infoset ZINTHRPAYROLL where added some custom fields also and also transported to

production by downloading uploading.

Responsibility: Implementation project – Involved with the blueprinting, designing, development, unit

testing and support, enhancement of SD, MM, FI/CO modules which include reports, conversion and

interfaces.

REPORTS:

• Did enhancement on PBA Tool which was very critical tool for deciding LPG price adjustment

needed or not by Business and also done performance tuning of that.

• Credit Settlement Report – Drill-down report to list all payment card transactions by document

number, item amount, document sub-total, payment card type, card number, entry mode, cost

center, bus area, loc name, merchant id, auth number, cardholder name and terminal id.

• Develop a report for list of contracts, customer material information records, billing due lists in a

sales area, rebate agreements, all deliveries.

• Created reports in SD module such as sales order report which covers all organization levels,

delivery status, invoice status, shipping details and partner function details.

• Developed an Open Order Report. This report lists Order number, item number, customer

number, customer name, material number and material description and open quantity.

• Developed vendor performance report which is used to compare the vendors based on their

ability in meeting the requested and committed delivery dates and also based on the service level

and minimum order value.

• Developed Interactive report for monthly dispatch summary into regional Office wise, Sales office

wise and dealer wise details.

• Developed a dialog program for selection of vendor based on least delivery period, least quoted

price etc.

CONVERSION / INTERFACE:

• Configured outbound Idoc for Genisys Australia.

• Created BDC programs to interface with different sub-systems. Interface programs included

Material Master and Customer Master. The interfaces were both on-line and in batch processing

modes to load and modify master data in logistics & SD modules. Transactions used in this

program are MM01, MM02, VD01 and VD02.

• Enhanced User Exit MBCF0002 to include the Material Description when a Goods receipt is

entered with reference to a Purchase Order using function module EXIT_SAPMM07M_001.

• Modified an existing form, LVSBINPRINT for printing the Storage Bin Number and Storage

Barcode in size 30 font.

• Created an ALV Report by customizing the standard Report RFBPET00 and adding the Fields

like BKPF-BKTXT and BSEG-SGTXT as per the business standards which downloads the data

into an excel file.

• Worked on ALV reports with respect to GL Reports accessing the program RCOPCA02 and

GLPCA Tables.

INTERFACES / CONVERSIONS:

• Created an interface for G/L account posting using SAP standard BAPI

• Developed a BDC program to load purchase order into SAP using call transaction (ME21).

ENHANCEMENTS:

• Implement BADI for transaction CS01, VI02 and MIRO.

• Coded User-exit for sales order, item quantity and date changes (transaction code VA02)

enhancement SAPMF02D. Changes to the order item and schedule lines were captured into

custom tables for further processing. EXIT_SAPMF02D_001 enhancement was used to enforce

individual validation checks to the master record before committing the entered data. Enforced a

message to be popped up in case of undesirable data.

• Developed a report to display Personnel Work Schedule (IT0007) and attendance status (IT2002)

for each employee.

• Created technical specs documentation and developed Company Wide Headcount ALV Report

to display current employees (onshore/offshore) by geographical location.

• Created technical specs documentation and developed Department Headcount Interactive

Report to display positions, organizations, employee and their manager.

• Created an ALV report that lists the development of basic pay of employees over a period of time

and their date of next increase.

INTERFACES / CONVERSIONS:

• Used LSMW for transferring the Vendor master data using the SAP transaction code 'XK01'. The

program read the flat file stored in application server into SAP database tables.

• Developed outbound /Inbound interface, using ECC-PI Proxy .

• Mass upload program using BDC programs for changing and uploading master Infotypes:

Personal Actions (0000), Addresses (0006), Additional payments (0015), Cost Distribution (0027)

distribution model, partner profiles, port etc and populated with data from Infotypes 0002, 0006

and 0024.

• Understand the flow how we are changing the version from lower version (4.6c) to higher version

(ECC6).

• I worked on SAMT, SPAU, SPDD, UCCHECK, BATCH JOB and solved the Test Progress Report.
