Plant Manager (Senior Manager of U.S. Operations), 2005 - 2013

WH Manufacturing, Inc.

Responsible for overseeing all daily U.S. Manufacturing Operations;

management of Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Fabrication, Assembly,

Maintenance, Warehousing, Shipping, International

Import Distribution, Human Resources and Supply Chain/Materials.

. $1.5 million plus per year cost reductions through coordinating cost

reduction programs developed to facilitate brainstorming and

implementation of cost-out projects through all levels of the

organization. $10 million plus implemented cost savings over my 8

years in this position.

. 2010 appointment to WH Manufacturing Board of Directors; review and

approval of corporate strategies and direction.

. Development of corporate OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) program

implemented in US operations then personally trained and implemented
