• Provide customer service by assisting the public, law enforcement departments,

court personnel, and attorneys with general inquiries regarding traffic, criminal,

civil, and/or other court related matters such as Writ of Executions, opening new

complaints for money owed, Upset Bids on foreclosed properties, and/or other

civil court related matters

• Assist Spanish speaking customers with inquiries about their cases, as well as

assist other divisions helping translate for their customers

• Responsible of handling the daily high volume of incoming phone calls

• Perform County Background Checks for customers as requested

• Work together as a team member to maintain an organized and calmed office

environment during rush hours for a fast and successful outcome

• Track single process cases in NCAWARE program to recall OFA’s requests

• Process motion for continuances prioritizing those with Order for Arrests by

faxing the recalled Order to the SD/FPD agencies, update the shuck (file) as

well as the system and file accordingly to the new court date

• Process Limited Driving Privileges, and Bond Authorization of Payments for

close cases

• Pull all requested cases from the attorney’s pull up lists and maintain a log of

such cases handed to the attorneys

• Log in the system every processed case

• Prepare log sheet for closed cases to be microfilmed

• In charge of the process of the motion for continuances prioritizing those with

order for arrests by faxing the recall order to the appropriate law enforcement

agency, updating the case file as well as the computer system and filing in its

new scheduled court date

• Responsible for identifying the cases served with the order for arrest schedule

for that morning’s court date, update them in the system, and sort them to be

distribute to its scheduled courtroom

• Responsible of keeping a tracking list of all case files handed to the attorneys
