I love the career that I have chosen and would like to continue to achieve
greater goals.
I enjoy working with new radiology grads and passing on my knowledge. I
believe in team work. I've been told through several surveys that my staff
loves working with me. They know that I listen to them and they share
their ideas about improving the department. I know that when the staff is
happy patient care and satisfaction improves.
I love walking around questioning patients about their visit to the
radiology department. When a patient has a complaint it will be addressed
immediately to improve patient satisfaction. I want them to have the best
possible stay at the hospital and I will make sure my staff does this. I
strive on making my staff team leader so they can pass on their knowledge.
On their last visit to my hospital, the Joint Commission singled out my
Radiology Department as the best, well run, and organized department in
the hospital. I will strive to bring the same excellence to your Radiology
Department.
Yours Truly,
Tamie Speer
