block and building materials. (71 employees). Business relationships include Developers, General Contractors,

Municipalities and Owners.

• Increase Revenues almost $4 million from 2011 during a severe construction development recession.

• Increased Gross Profit from 2011 through 2013 over 380%, best in the state of Florida.

• Through Performance-based quarterly evaluations, 8 employees have been promoted since 2012.

• Through various cost cutting proposed initiatives, the area was able to reduce their Operational and

Maintenance Variable costs by 26% since 2012.

statewide Florida Division.
